WHO WE ARE

Born out of Erin Cantrell Fitness, Sol Society Pilates is the next step in our mission to bring high-quality fitness to the Ann Arbor community. While Erin Cantrell Fitness has built a strong foundation in top tier personal training and group classes, Sol Society expands our offerings further into the world of Pilates, bringing a fresh approach to movement!

At Sol Society Pilates, we’re reimagining what Pilates can be by blending strength, intensity, and mobility into every class. Our studio offers a diverse range of classes for both Hot Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates designed to push you further, challenge your limits, and elevate your fitness.

Each class blends elements of strength training, mobility work, and mindful movement, guided by knowledgeable instructors and supported by top-tier equipment. Hot Mat Pilates

Sol Searching: Pilates 101 - Hot Mat

Curious about the heat but not sure where to start? Sol Searching: Pilates 101 is the ultimate "slow burn" introduction to our heated practice. We’ve dialed down the complexity but kept the atmosphere high, creating a space where you can sweat, stretch, and strengthen without feeling overwhelmed.


This isn't just a workout; it’s a detoxifying reset designed to introduce your body to the magic of Pilates at Sol Society.

Not Your Mom’s Pilates - Hot Mat

This isn’t your mom’s classic Pilates class! Our heated mat version delivers a fiery, full-body workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with a faster pace, dynamic flows, and deeper muscle engagement. With hands-on corrections and personalized modifications, this class is safe, challenging, and accessible for all levels. Expect to sweat, shake, and leave feeling stronger and totally empowered.

Buns & Guns - Hot Mat

Sculpt and strengthen your glutes and arms in this dynamic, heated Buns & Guns Pilates class. This 50-minute session combines targeted, low-impact movements to build lower body power and upper body definition while engaging your core for stability. Expect a challenging yet fun workout that leaves you feeling strong and toned!

Sculpt - Hot Mat

Strengthen, tone, and sculpt in this dynamic heated mat class using body weight and Bala Branded Weights (up to 15 lbs). You’ll flow through low-impact, compound movements that combine strength training with core-focused exercises, enhancing stability and muscle definition. The added heat will enhance circulation and help you feel the work in all the right places, leaving you feeling balanced and energized!

Yoga Sculpt - Hot Mat

Yoga Sculpt is the perfect mix of mindful movement and full-body burn.

This heated class blends flowing Vinyasa-style yoga with energizing sculpt sequences designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your entire body. Expect intentional movement, light weights, core work, balance, and a powerful sweat — all set in a hot room to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and glowing.

Restore - Hot Mat

Reset your body. Reset your mind. Reset your energy.
This 50-minute experience begins with 40 minutes of slow, heated stretching to release tension, downshift your nervous system, and bring the body back to balance. We close with a 10-minute immersive sound bath designed to fully reset your mind and restore your energy from within.

Hot Core Vinyasa

Hot Core Vinyasa is a powerful heated flow designed to ignite your core, build total-body strength, and leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and grounded. Expect energizing vinyasa sequences, intentional core work, balance challenges, and smooth transitions that connect breath to movement in a warm, luxe atmosphere.

This class blends strength, mobility, and flow for the perfect balance of burn and release. Come ready to move, sweat, sculpt, and reset your mind and body.

Reformer Pilates

If you’ve ever looked at a Reformer and thought, "How does that even work?"—this is the class for you. Sol Searching is our signature "zero-intimidation" entry point into the world of Pilates. We’ve stripped away the complexity and kept the results, creating a space where "not knowing what you’re doing" is exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Leave outdated Pilates behind, this is a fresh, dynamic take designed to push your limits on the Allegro 2 Reformer! Using controlled resistance, this full-body workout blends traditional Pilates principles with a faster pace, dynamic flows, and deeper muscle engagement. With hands-on adjustments, and tailored modifications, this class delivers deep core activation, better posture, and serious results. Perfect for all levels, it’s a bold, modern workout that builds real strength and control.

Buns & Guns Reformer

Sculpt and strengthen your glutes and arms in this dynamic Buns & Guns Pilates class. This 50-minute session on our Allegro 2 Reformers combines targeted, low-impact movements to build lower body power and upper body definition while engaging your core for stability.
